Cookie policy

Strictly necessary

These run by default because the site cannot work without them. Under PECR they do not require consent.

  • Authentication: local storage holding your sign-in session so you stay logged in.
  • Preferences: your last-used tracker, programme type, filters and your cookie choice.
  • Payments: Stripe sets cookies during checkout to prevent fraud.
  • Push notifications: if you opt in, a service worker stores a device subscription. Turning notifications off removes it.

Analytics and conversion tracking (optional)

We only load these after you select “Accept analytics”. Nothing analytics-related is set before that, and rejecting keeps the site fully usable.

  • PostHog: product analytics — pages viewed, features used (searching, filtering, saving roles, checkout), session recordings of how you interact with the site (with text inputs masked) and an anonymous or account-linked ID. No CV content or message content is sent.
  • Microsoft Clarity: aggregated usage and heatmaps, used only if enabled for the site.
  • Google Analytics: page views and feature usage through Google’s analytics service.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag: conversion and retargeting measurement from LinkedIn. It does not give us access to your LinkedIn profile or messages.
  • Trybe: attribution measurement for season pass purchases.

Change your mind any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer — rejecting stops analytics and clears the related cookies.

Managing them

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time — you will simply be signed out. For everything else, see our privacy policy.
