Terms of service
Last updated: 28 August 2026
Using Gradbeam
Gradbeam lists UK graduate schemes, internships, placements and spring weeks, and lets you track your applications. By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be 16 or over and provide accurate information.
Job information
Listings are gathered from public sources and company sites. We work hard to keep dates and links accurate, but we are not the employer and cannot guarantee that a programme is open, that dates are correct, or that an application will be considered. Always check the employer’s own site before applying.
Season passes
- A season pass is a one-off purchase giving access to premium features for the season stated at checkout. It is not a recurring subscription and does not auto-renew.
- Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable UK VAT.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details.
Refund policy
Refunds are never issued automatically. You can request a refund from your profile page; each request is checked against your alert history and then reviewed by our team. Requests made before any notifications have been sent to you are usually approved.
All refund requests are considered at our discretion and are not guaranteed, and we email you the outcome. For anything else, contact us through the contact page or by email. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Acceptable use
Don’t scrape, resell or redistribute our data, don’t share your account, and don’t attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Liability
Gradbeam is provided “as is”. We are not liable for missed deadlines, lost opportunities or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. Deleting removes your personal data as described in our privacy policy. Any remaining season pass time is forfeited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
