About Isio

Isio is a UK-based pensions advisory and investment consulting firm that provides actuarial, investment, administration, and reward services to pension schemes and corporate clients. Formed in 2020 through a management buyout of KPMG’s UK pensions business, Isio has quickly established itself as one of the leading independent players in the pensions advisory market. The firm works with defined benefit and defined contribution schemes across the public and private sectors, offering guidance on scheme funding, covenant analysis, asset allocation, and endgame planning. Isio is also active in ESG integration, member engagement strategies, and fiduciary management oversight. Its approach combines deep technical expertise with commercial insight, helping trustees and employers navigate a complex and evolving pensions landscape. The firm continues to grow through strategic hires and acquisitions, broadening its consulting and technology capabilities.
